Our new facilities offer a huge range of group fitness classes, top of the range equipment and space that’s all yours.
Whether it’s Zumba, Boxing, Les Mills Classes or Yoga and Pilates, we’ve got the space and the equipment for your workout. Come along and join in the group fitness fun. There are more than 50 sessions weekly in one of our dedicated group fitness and Cycle Studios. Aqua Classes also run during October to April.
- Sessions range from between 30 and 60 minutes.
