Membership Types

Whether you are looking to improve your fitness, feel healthier and happier, or maintain your current level of fitness, we have a membership for you. Our most popular memberships include:

Personal Training:

This membership provides you with the on-going 1 on 1 guidance of our best trainers. Your trainer will create a program specifically designed for you to reach your goals and be with you every step of the way – this allows for continued analysis, alterations and support. You will also have access to our specialised small group training program called ‘Adrenaline’.

Our Personal Training membership is the most effective way of reaching your goals in the shortest amount of time.

 

Active Melbourne:

This membership includes all of your entitlements in the Club membership, as well full reciprocal right access; including access to City Baths, North Melbourne Recreation Centre and Kensington Community and Recreation Centre. Not only do you get access to all of the above, but you can also be a part of our functional small group training program called ‘Adrenaline’. Adrenaline uses a combination of the latest equipment and your own bodyweight to create a workout. It consists of regular attendees who love the variation and challenge that the program offers.

 

Club:

Our base level membership, you will receive access to all of the areas at the centre (not including Adrenaline). The membership also includes support from Health Club Instructors as well as some reciprocal rights access to partnering facilities.

 

Aquatic:

Access to what has to be one of the nicest pools going around, the seasonal outdoor pool has beautifully clear water. A hidden oasis amongst the bustling outer city. The membership will also allow pool access to our partnering facilities.

Ten pass card

With your membership card, you also receive a YMCA Members card. Valid for 12 months, this card gives you ten complimentary visits to any participating YMCA Victoria managed facility in Victoria. This means that even if work, friends or family take you away from your regular exercise location and routine, you can still stay on track with your health and wellness goals.
