Adrenaline HIT™ foundations are a mix of mobility, technique drills and an express workout. They consist of tailored warm up stretches, set up & activation cues and master the essential strength movements including; squat, push, pull, deadlift and lunge. With small class sizes, you will get the chance to work through any issues or fine tune your skills with the full attention of a trainer. Don't think of this as a beginner’s class, it is open to all skill and fitness levels. Everyone gets to complete a great workout which can be tailored to you.
