Challenge Fitness Camp

Begins Monday February 22nd, concludes Wednesday March 25th

Sessions run Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6.15am here at Carlton. 


The camp is a Four week, 12 session program which is designed to assist participants in achieving many different aspects of overall Health and Wellness.

It starts with basic cardio and strength conditioning and leads in to more elaborate core strength, boxing and functional training sessions. They are designed to make sure participants are improving in the many desired areas but also enjoy themselves. Supervision and programming is always the highest priority with all instructors completing specific Challenge Fitness Camp instructor workshops.

The program is aimed at all levels of fitness. Its open to anyone. Please don’t think you have to be ‘fit’ to enjoy this type of challenge. With the instructors help and lots of other keen individuals.. you will find this environment perfect for getting started on your fitness and health mission. It’s a commitment of four weeks and it goes a long way to creating a realistic routine that you can follow for sustained results – not just short term.

For those that are holding some level of fitness already, let the trainers challenge you to further improve in whatever area you wish to target. We can make sure you push yourself to levels that you most likely won’t achieve on your own!

Challenge Fitness Camp can be a launch pad for your Health and Fitness, taking you into all sorts of areas – and our trainers will be there give you great guidance on what to do post camp to continue your success. We can always find ways to challenge you..
