We recently completed a review of our Group Fitness timetable to improve our offering to members.

Some classes have been cancelled due to low attendance. We have introduced new classes to fill the vacant space.

  • Wednesday 10:10am Iyengar Flow Yoga | Last class 8 August
  • Thursday 7:00pm Adrenaline Foundations | Last class 2 August
  • Saturday 4:00pm Cycle | Last class 4 August

New Classes

  • Wednesday 5:30pm Circuit | Starts 15 August
  • Thursday 7:00pm High Intensity Kettlebells | Starts 9 August
