What is Adrenaline High Intensity Training?

Adrenaline is a 45 minute high intensity group training program.  The focus is on coaching, motivating and getting the best performance from each individual.  It challenges participants to their limits and achieves great physical results.

Why do Adrenaline?

It is like a personal training session conducted in a small group format. Adrenaline gives you an individual experience by motivating and challenging you. It is consistently varied to give you a complete body workout. 

Adrenaline Format

Optimum session size at Carlton Baths is 12 people.

Sessions are 45 minutes long, broken down into three 15 minute sections, they are:

-       Teach It - Warm up and Demonstration.

-       Do It - Complete the exercise with perfect technique

-       Beat It - Complete the workout at high intensity without compromising form.
