Boot Camp


The next two blocks for our Boot Camp 2018 Series will run back-to-back from February to April. 

Members can join these programs at any time. This program is suitable for both beginners and experienced participants, allowing you to kick start your fitness or just add something new to your current training.

Each block lasts for four weeks. Sessions will run from 6.15am each Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

Block 2:

  • Date: 19 February – 16 March 2018
  • Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
  • Time: 6.15am
  • Price: $179.30

Block 3:

  • Date: 19 March – 18 April 2018
  • Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
  • Time: 6.15am
  • Price: $195.60

Please note some sessions will not run due to public holidays. Prices reflect number of sessions completed in period of time and has been adjusted accordingly for public holidays.

Payments are required upfront and no refunds will be issued for missed sessions unless a medical certificate is provided.
