Boot Camp

As we enter into the cooler months and shorter days we are preparing to run a "Mini Boot Camp" to help keep your fitness on track over Winter.

We will be running a 4 week program. The session will run weekly over 4 sessions in total on Wednesdays at 6.15 am SHARP with the first session commencing May 2nd concluding Wednesday May 23rd. Thereafter we will begin the next 4 week program will begin on Wednesday May 30th.

We look forward to as many as possible joining us through these coming challenging months.
