Boot Camp


Looking for a way to kick start or elevate your fitness? Join our four week Bootcamp program. Designed to improve your cardio fitness and strength in a welcoming atmopsphere. 

We will be running a 4 week program. The session will run weekly over 4 sessions in total on Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday's at 6.15 am SHARP 

   1st Boot Camp:   Monday 1 - Friday 26 October - 4 weeks
   2nd Boot Camp:  Wednesday 7 - Friday 23 November - 3 weeks
   3rd Boot Camp:   Monday 26 November - Friday 14 December - 3 weeks 

Payments are required upfront and no refunds will be issued for missed sessions unless a medical certificate is provided.
