Boot Camp is here!

Sessions run 6.15am to 7.15am – Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Start point for each session is in the Sports Hall at Carlton Baths.


Boot Camp is an exercise program designed to help you get the results you want.

In just three sessions a week for fourweeks, your body will be challenged and your mind will be stimulated. Our range of activities are all designed to make you fitter, stronger and healthier.

What you can expect in a Boot Camp:

  • Activities from circuit training and boxing, to endurance running, team based drills and challenging exercises using various equipment such as ropes, kettlebells and medicine balls.

  • Instructors who are qualified Personal Trainers and understand the results you want and how to get you there.
