Our recent survey revealed 35% of our members want more early morning Strength and HIIT based classes, 30% want more Aqua, 29% want Cardio based classes (Boxing and Cycle). We also recieved feedback suggesting Meditation would help relieve the stresses of everyday life.

Below are some changes which reflect these results and the dates they commence.

  • Addition | Tuesday 6.15am Body STEP express with Kay beginning 13 Nov 
  • Addition | Thursday 6.15am Body ATTACK with Susan beginning 15 Nov
  • Extension | Sunday 10.20am Yoga to include option 20 min MEDITATION beginning 18 Nov
  • Addition | Tuesday 8.30am Aqua with Nina beginning 13 Nov
