Join us for a 6-week program focusing on strength and conditioning to help improve your sports performance. Facilitating this program is elite athlete Kim Rennie who in the past has played state level basketball, and is currently playing in the AFLW league for the Western Bulldogs.

As a Personal Trainer, Kim specialises in sports conditioning and is excited to make this program available for women at Carlton Baths.

Program details:
Sessions: 3 sessions a week with the option of Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays set sessions with Kim and 1x free entry to Adrenaline class a week*
Dates: Monday November 5th to December 10th
Cost: $300 for the six-week course (just $16.70 per session!)

The program is tailored to help you improve your strength and fitness for your specific sport, but it is also great if you want to generally improve your fitness and want to try something new. Everyone is welcome and everyone can benefit!

The program is aimed at encouraging women to participate in sport and strength training. Women of all backgrounds and experiences are welcome.  All trans and gender diverse people are also welcome to participate, as well as those of any gender who feel they would benefit.

*This program offers free access to 1x Adrenaline class a week. You can choose any session to suit your schedule. See Adrenaline class times here.
